Engineered for strength, compliance, and clean installs. Choose from two wall thickness options to match your patio cover project requirements.
The Mega Beam™ I has a .94 wall thickness - Made of 6063 T-6 Aluminum. Comes in a 24ft and each beam weighs 32lbs.

The Mega Beam™ II has a .74 wall thickness - Made of 6063 T6 Aluminum. Comes in a 24ft (18.6 lbs.) and 16ft (12.6 lbs.).
Fits all manufacturer Flat Pans. Alumawood 6", Duralum 6" and 8", United Duralum Products 6" and 12", and Four Seasons 6"

The Mega Beam™ I, II  are newer extruded aluminum support fan beam channel designs that meet and exceed building codes for all counties and cities. Safely tuck away electrical wires inside the 4" round 1 1/2 " deep UL-approved ceiling fan box and enjoy a flush-mounted fixture.

The Mega Beam I™ will span 22ft with a 30lb. center load.

The Mega Beam II™ will span 16ft 6in with a 30lb. center load.

Made of 6063 T-6 Aluminum.

MegaBeam® I is thicker (.94" wall) and can span up to 22 ft. MegaBeam® II is lighter with a .74" wall and spans 16 ft 6 in.

Yes, both versions are designed to meet or exceed building codes nationwide.

Yes. The MegaBeam 1 and 2 have built-in channels that allow you to run wiring from a 4" UL-approved junction box to the power source. While the beams do not include a built-in fan junction box, they are designed to accommodate one.
